In short: this website has no forms. We only receive your data if you write to us, call us, become a member or make a donation. The host, WordPress.com, may set technical cookies and measure overall traffic.

The association does not sell, rent or transfer any data. It does no profiling.
Recipients
- Members of the association’s board, only for the purposes above.
- HelloAsso, which collects donations and membership fees online. HelloAsso is responsible for the payment data it collects, under its own privacy policy (in French). It passes on your name and the amount of your payment to us.
- Google (Gmail), which hosts the association’s mailbox.
- Automattic (WordPress.com), the website’s hosting provider (see below).
Hosting and transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted by Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com), in the United States. When you visit, the host technically processes your IP address to display the pages and keep them secure. Automattic states that it participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Automattic’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive a copy of it. Write to forteteclair.production@gmail.com; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
